What happens if you get in touch
Most people hesitate because they are not sure what happens after they hit send. So:
A few photos of the ceiling, a floor plan, or just a description. Rough is fine - we will ask if something is missing.
Within 24 hours on weekdays: how many speakers, where, which system and why - with a price.
Shipped ready to mount, with setup support by phone or video — or an installer on site where you need one.
And yes, we will check back - once, a few days later, to hear whether the proposal actually answered your question. That call is usually where the useful details surface. Wrong timing? Say so, and we come back when it suits you.
After the sale
Our entire catalogue is speakers for commercial spaces. A few hundred items, not tens of thousands. That limit is deliberate, and it is the reason the support afterwards works.
Call about an installation from three years ago and we will not ask what you bought. We know the model, the firmware and usually the room, because we designed it.
No ticket queue, no first-line script, no handover to a department that has never seen your venue. The same number and the same names as during the project.
We regularly help venues that bought elsewhere and could not get answers afterwards. A supplier carrying tens of thousands of products cannot know each one deeply. We made the opposite choice so ask, and we will try.
