Leveraging Spottune’s patented 1.9 GHz ABCD broadcast technology, it delivers crystal-clear, synchronized sound to one or two distinct music zones without relying on congested Wi-Fi networks. Audio sources—from AUX players, USB drives and live microphones to cloud-streamed playlists and Spotify Connect—are effortlessly routed through the Stream, then managed in real time via the Spottune mobile app or the enterprise Cloud Control portal. With its robust 100 m coverage radius, rack-mountable form factor and over-the-air firmware updates, the Stream brings reliable, scalable background music and PA capabilities to any business environment

No. We offer full support via email and phone. Since we exclusively sell sound systems for lighting tracks, we are experts in the field and are happy to share our expertise free of charge.

What does the 360° omnidirectional sound mean?

Full sound dispersion in all directions.

‍Spottune Omni is designed for omnidirectional 360° sound distribution through a patented acoustic design. This means that all frequencies of the Spottune Omni speakers will be distributed in all directions. Therefore, an area having a number of Spottune Omni speakers will, regardless of your position at the location, be creating a perfect balanced and synchronized sound experience as you move around. Another upside to the 360° degree sound dispersion is that approx. 50% less speakers are needed compared to other leading speaker systems.

Can you help with pairing the transmitter and speakers?

Of course! We can pair the transmitter and speakers before shipping. All you need to do is connect the audio cable from your music source to the transmitter and mount the speakers in the tracks. AND OF COURSE, IT’S COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE!

Can we save on installation costs by installing it ourselves?

Yes. The installation is very simple, and we offer full free support during the process if needed.

Is an amplifier and mixer required?

No. The speaker is active, so all you need is the speaker and the transmitter. This allows you to minimize the electronics and avoid a lot of cables.

Which wireless technology is used to secure constant sound?

‍Spottune is based on a solid broadcasting technology for business applications made for audio. We have named it ABCD, Audio BroadCasting Digital Technology transmitting on the 1,9GHz ISM band. The Spottune Stream (Transmitter) will broadcast the selected audio and secure the transmission is received by speakers synchronized with a high quality audio output. All setups of Spottune Stream and Spottune Omni speakers are individual digital coded, so that other Spottune Systems at nearby locations will not interfere.
