Returns Policy for Sound4Tracks

1. General

Sound4Tracks (Hovstadius Gruppen AB) sells exclusively to business customers: shops, restaurants, cafés, offices, hotels, electricians, architects and interior designers. As all sales are B2B, no consumer protection legislation applies. There is no automatic right of return or right of withdrawal.

This policy describes the circumstances under which a return or refund may be approved, what the customer is expected to do, and within what timeframes.

2. No Automatic Right of Return

A return is an exception and requires written prior approval from Sound4Tracks in each individual case. No return will be processed without an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation) issued by Sound4Tracks. Sound4Tracks reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the stated requirements.

3. When a Return or Refund May Be Approved

4. Claims Process

When making a claim or return request, the following steps must be followed:
1. Contact Sound4Tracks in writing at info@sound4tracks.com
2. Provide your order number or invoice number
3. Describe the matter and attach photo documentation (mandatory in the case of transit damage)
4. Sound4Tracks will assess the case and respond with a decision and any return instructions
5. Returns are only processed following written approval and an assigned RMA number

The return address will be confirmed upon approval and may vary depending on the product and supplier.

5. Transit Damage

Transit damage is the most common reason for a claim.
Always inspect the packaging immediately upon delivery, even if the product appears undamaged.
If the packaging is damaged: photograph it immediately, before the product is opened or moved.
Report the damage to both the carrier and Sound4Tracks within 24 hours of receipt.
Send photos and your order reference to info@sound4tracks.com.

Sound4Tracks cannot be held liable for transit damage that is not reported within 24 hours or where the packaging damage has not been documented with photographs at the time of receipt.

6. Refunds

A refund may be issued if Sound4Tracks is unable to deliver an ordered product, or if an approved claim results in the product being unable to be exchanged. Where a refund is approved, it will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are processed within 30 days of the date Sound4Tracks approves the case. The customer will be notified by email once the refund has been completed.

7. What Sound4Tracks Is Not Responsible For

Damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse
Normal wear and tear
Damage occurring after the product has been put into use
Products that have been modified or adapted by the customer
Transit damage not reported within the stated timeframe

Warranty and service commitments are governed by the respective manufacturer. Sound4Tracks refers customers to the manufacturer's warranty terms for product-specific faults.
